Food and Feed testing

To ensure safety and quality, our laboratories offer a wide variety of microbiological, chemical, and physical tests in food, feed, & water samples.

Some of these microbiological tests include the identification & quantification of multiple bacteria (Aerobic plate count, Salmonella spp. & serotypes, Enterobacteriaceae, E. coli, Coliforms, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria spp., Clostridium spp., Campylobacter spp., Vibrio spp., Bacillus cereus, etc.), for some viruses (Hepatitis A, Norovirus, etc.), and for some fungi (Yeasts, Moulds).

While some of the chemical and physical tests include the Sensory analysis, pH, Moisture, Heavy metals, Elemental analysis, Nutritional values, Pesticide residues (+400 analytes), Mycotoxins, Preservatives, Vitamins, Colours, Antibiotics & Veterinary drugs, Allergens, Halal test, Species deification by PCR, Alcohol profile, 3-MCPD, Peroxide value, Acid value, Iodine value, HMF, Diastase activity, Authenticity tests, GMOs, Radiation, Dioxins, etc. Moreover, shelf-life studies can be conducted whether accelerated or long-term. Finally, migration tests can also be performed on all types of packaging material to confirm the safety of their use.

Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Products testing

Our laboratories provide high quality services to assess the quality from Starting Materials through Finished Product or packaging materials. we test for Formaldehyde, 1,4-Dioxane, Heavy metals, 26 Allergens, Hydroquinone, Phthalates, Fluoride, Alcohol profile, Pathogens, Density, Specific gravity, Nitrosamines impurities etc. In Pharmaceutical products, we test for Sterility, Endotoxins, Assay, Identification, Impurities, Alcohol profile, Dissolution, Uniformity of Dosage Forms, Physical characteristics, Microbiological analysis, Elemental analysis, etc.

In addition to these routine analyses, our laboratory experts are working on Comparative dissolution studies, Efficacy studies, & methods Validation.

Animal Health Testing

By our collaboration with the equine hospital in Riyadh we perform chemical parameters such as Haematology, blood chemistry (Triglyceride, Ammonia, Lactate, Total protein, CBC, etc.) Bacteriology, parasitology, Endocrinology, and Molecular diagnostics for all domestic animals.

We offer diagnostic tests that are essential for checking the health status of animals and identifying pathogens such as: West Nile, Equine infectious Anemia, Equine Viral Arteritis, African Horse Sickness Virus (AHSV), Dourine, Glanders, Influenzas, Salmonella, Surra, Herpesvirus TYPE 1&4 and Piroplasmosis. Also, other types of animal diseases: Avian influenza virus, Newcastle Disease Virus, Chicken Anemia Virus, Avian Reovirus, Infectious Bursal Disease, Mycoplasma Synoviae, Infectious bronchitis, Mycoplasma Gallisepticum.
